Hi! I'm Christine
I'm a marketer, blogger, real estate enthusiast, die-hard Red Sox fan, mom, happy wife, and yogi. I grew up in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts
My parents instilled a love and respect for family, a strong work ethic, and honesty in my brother and me. Some of my best childhood memories are weekly visits with my Sicilian Great-Grandmother and dinners with my Grandparents and extended family.
In 2001, I discovered yoga. It changed my life forever. It gave me tools to manage anxiety and taught me to slow down and stop pushing so hard. I gained physical strength, perspective, flexibility of mind, and the ability to be open to new and different ways of thinking.
My yoga practice and community were foundational in helping me thrive when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020. I wrote about my journey here, here, and here.
I believe in connection, community, and collaboration. I also believe that when we sit in silence, we realize we have everything we need and all the answers already within ourselves.
My philosophy in business and life is to lean into who we are by letting go of old, outdated beliefs about ourselves and stop trying to be the thing we think others want or expect us to be. When we are true to ourselves, we stop saying yes when we want to say no, we connect authentically with others, and the world opens up to us. Work no longer feels like work, and work and life come into balance.
Tell me your story. Let me help you find your unique gifts and apply them to your life, work, and career in a way that brings you joy.
